Share : Changing Your Lifestyle Slowly

Healthy ganglion
You already know the power of healthy mind for changing your lifestyle. So what will be the next step in your way of improving your health?

It is not good to do some changes in your lifestyle too fast. Why? Your body is very compicated organism, mostly based on biochemical or bioelectrical processes. If you are used to live and eat some way, the body reflects it and adapts its processes.

If you change your lifestyle too fast, these processes stays in the old way for some time and your body will have deficiency of some important substances, that was made based on your previous lifestyle. This can lead to some negative states e.g. you will be tired, have headache, be ill (because of weak immune system), have anxieties or depressions, and in the worst cases your body gets some kind of shock (hypoglycemic , etc.).

So it is very important to start slowly changing your lifestyle. The best way is to stop your bad habits (such as taking drugs, smoking, drinking alcohol a lot, ...). With this, your lifestyle changes from negative to neutral.

After that it is right way to start with good habits such as exercises, healthy meals, positive mind, etc. So your lifestyle changes from neutral to positive.

The worst thing you can do is to migrate your normal eating to vegetarian, vegan o macrobiotics overnight.

Monks Found Drunk and Gambling

Monks are said to be the epitome of holiness, shunning earthly pleasures.

However, it seems that is not what all of them do behind closed doors.

Six monks from South Korea’s Jogye order were caught on film gambling, smoking and drinking!

The monk who released the video said that the six gambled away about US$875,000 in 13 hours of continuous playing!

Where would Buddhist monks get that much money?
The video was taken in a hotel room during one of the memorial services for one of their fellows.

Sadly, this controversy happened several days before Buddhists celebrate the birthday of the Buddha, one of the biggest events on the religion’s calendar.

Gambling outside of casinos also is prohibited in South Korea.

The Biggest Family in The World

  • Ziona Chana lives with all of them in a 100-room mansion
  • His wives take it in turns to share his bed
  • It takes 30 whole chickens just to make dinner
He is head of the world's biggest family - and says he is 'blessed' to have his 39 wives.
Ziona Chana also has 94 children, 14-daughters-in-law and 33 grandchildren.

They live in a 100-room, four storey house set amidst the hills of Baktwang village in the Indian state of Mizoram, where the wives sleep in giant communal dormitories.

The full monty: The Ziona family in its entirety with all 181 members

You treat this place like a hotel: With 100 rooms, the Ziona mansion is the biggest concrete structure in the hilly village of Baktawng in Mizoram, India

Mr Chana told the Sun: 'Today I feel like God's special child. He's given me so many people to look after.

'I consider myself a lucky man to be the husband of 39 women and head of the world's largest family.'

The family is organised with almost military discipline, with the oldest wife Zathiangi organising her fellow partners to perform household chores such as cleaning, washing and preparing meals.

One evening meal can see them pluck 30 chickens, peel 132lb of potatoes and boil up to 220lb of rice.

Coincidentally, Mr Chana is also head of a sect that allows members to take as many wives as he wants.

He even married ten women in one year, when he was at his most prolific, and enjoys his own double bed while his wives have to make do with communal dormitories.

He keeps the youngest women near to his bedroom with the older members of the family sleeping further away - and there is a rotation system for who visits Mr Chana's bedroom.

Rinkmini, one of Mr Chana's wives who is 35 years old, said: 'We stay around him as he is the most important person in the house. He is the most handsome person in the village.

She says Mr Chana noticed her on a morning walk in the village 18 years ago and wrote her a letter asking for her hand in marriage.

The Real Harry Potter Graves Found in Israel

The family of a real life Harry Potter who was killed in the army claim that his grave has been turned into a tourist attraction by fans of the hit book and movie series seeking their fictional hero.

Private Harry Potter was serving overseas when he died in Israel in 1939 during an uprising.

His grave had gone unnoticed in the British Military Cemetery in the town of Ramla for more than half a century.

Landmark: Private Harry potter and the grave in Ramla, Israel which has become a tourist attraction with fans of the books and movies

But now the headstone has become an unlikely tourist attraction because of J K Rowling's much-loved books and movies.

Sightseers have had their photos taken next to the grave, while the local tourist board has listed it as an official attraction.

And even though Mr Potter, from Kidderminster, Worcs., would have led an active life in the army, it is far removed from the magic and spells of the fictional Harry Potter.

Pvt Potter's surviving family members have come forward to reveal the years of heartache they suffered after his untimely death.

Ken Potter, 77, was just six years old when his elder brother was ambushed and killed while driving back to a base near Hebron in Israel.

'Harry has never left our thoughts,' said the former greengrocer, from Kidderminster.

Wizard: Daniel Radcliffe, who plays Harry Potter in film versions of the book, at the premier of the Deathly Hallows

'He is with us all the time, even though he died such a very long time ago.

'We were just young kids when it happened, all I was bothered about at that time was going and playing.

'But I remember a policeman came to our door to give mum and dad the news. They were very upset but we didn't really know what was happening.

'All I can really remember about Harry is one time him carrying me about by the fireplace.

'It was so long ago and I was so young, but I never forget his face." Fellow brother Derek, 82, also recalled their parents Edith and David, who had eight children, finding out about their son's tragic end.

'I can remember our parents being very upset but they kept it to themselves," said the retired carpet maker, also from Kidderminster.

'They kept the war from us because we were just kids, but you could tell something was very wrong.

'It was hard because a letter from Harry arrived the day after the policeman came to tell us.'

The poignant personal note read: 'Dear Mother, I am getting on alright. I expect to be home for Christmas. If I am not, it is a bit of bad luck.

'I hope dad is still in work. Tell Ken I am not forgetting his bike. I hope Alice (his older sister) is alright.

'You perhaps have been reading the papers.

'I am not boasting but listen to the news on the wireless and listen to what work we in the Worcester shires have been doing.

'Well, I think that is all for now.

'Cheerio, Crash Harry.'

The latest film in the blockbuster movie series Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was released two weeks ago.

The film is based on the book which was released in 2007 as the last in the series of novel about the fictional wizard at Hogwarts school.

Killed: Soldiers pay their respects at burial ceremony of the real life Harry Potter after he was killed during an uprising in 1939

A staggering 44 million copies of the book were sold around the world just eight months after it was published.

But despite his late brother and the boy wizard sharing the same name, Ken admits he has never watched the films.

'I've seen bits of them fleetingly on the TV but I have never properly watched them," added the dad-of-two.

'Actually, I never really twigged that Harry shared the name with the film character.

'It was my sister's son who first found out about the interest in his grave about three years ago while on the internet.

'We couldn't believe people visit his grave, but apparently they come from miles around to have their photo taken next to it.'

The real Harry Potter left his family's home in Kidderminster to join the army in Birmingham in 1938.

The 17 year-old lad was desperate to serve his country, so lied about his age, telling the recruiting sergeant he was a year older.

He spent eight months training with the 1st Battalion Worcestersire Regiment in Aldershot, Hampshire, before being ordered to Palestine in September 1938.

His unit was garrisoned in the area to battle an Arab uprising, and Pvt Potter was a driver in the Motor Transport section, where he gained the 'Crash Harry' nickname.

During spring 1939, he was based at Deir Sha'ar, near Hebron. On July 22 of that year he was driving back to the camp in convoy when they were ambushed by armed bandits.

Soldier: Private Harry Potter in his army uniform a short time before before he was killed

Pvt Potter and fellow soldier Pvt Joseph Darby were killed in the attack. But despite being given the tragic news soon after his death, it would be 50 years before the family found out the exact circumstances.

Ken, married to wife Shirley for 56 years, said: "About 15 years ago a fella came into the shop and said he was with Harry when he died.

'That was how we finally found out what had happened.

'He said Harry had been shot by a Shot sniper during the attack while they were driving back to the base.

'We had not known exactly what had happened to Harry until that day. The chap was old when he came to see me and has probably died now, but it was only through him we knew how Harry died.'

Brother Derek is still the proud owner of Harry's campaign medal from the Palestine conflict. Two more of Harry Potter's siblings are also still alive and well in Kidderminster.

His sister Joyce is 88 years old, while youngest brother Ray, 75, has named his pet dog Harry after his long lost brother.

And there is one other spooky link to the boy wizard. Harry's father David acquired a scar on his forehead, just like the fictional character, while in the trenches during the Great War.

Ken added: 'Dad had a scar on his forehead from the First World War.

'He was shot across the forehead when he was in the trenches. They operated on him and put a metal plate in his head.

'He was never the same after he came back from the war." As for visiting Harry's grave, none of the family has been able to make the journey, despite an invitation from the town's mayor.

Ken, who served in the Korean War with the Enniskillen Dragoon Guards while doing National Service, added: 'The mayor of Ramla did once invite us to visit.

'We would love to go, but things just kind of trailed off and we didn't hear any more.

'I know Ramla can be a bit of a dangerous place, so I'm not sure if we will ever be able to see it.
'

The Strangest Death in The World

Death is the certain things to all people and the creatures. But when and why we will die no one can predict it. These are the stranger when people met with their death :

Stabbed to death at a cockfight - Jose Luis Ochoa was attending an illegal cockfight in Tulare County, California when he was stabbed in the leg by a cock that had a knife attached to one of its limbs. Ochoa was taken to the hospital where he was declared dead. He was reportedly a regular participant at organized cockfights and had previously been fined for owning or training animals for fighting.

Fell from a balcony while planking - Acton Beale, a 20 year old Australian, fell from the balcony of an apartment in Brisbane while trying toplank on the railing. Planking is a trending internet craze where people take photos of themselves in Superman-like poses, lying flat on some surface, with arms at their side. Plankers then post the photos to social media websites like facebook and YouTube. Just weeks before, in Brisbane, another 20 year old was arrested for planking on the roof of a police car. Other plankers have been photographed lying on railroad tracks, in the middle of the road, and in trees.

Suffocating in a recycling bin - A 62 year-old Toledo, Ohio woman died from asphyxiation after falling head first into a recycling bin. She was discovered by her husband, upside down in the 65-gallon plastic bin, wearing pajamas. It is thought that she either lost her balance and fell off a porch into the bin or fell in while trying to retrieve an object. She died from positional asphyxia, which means because of the way she was stuck she couldn't breathe, the county coroner explained.

Mixed martial artist crushed to death by falling cow - A 23 year-old man known as McCrazy died from a heart attack after being crushed by a cow carcass at a slaughterhouse just outside Glasgow, Scotland. The man was a member of a group called the Dinky Ninjas Fight Team and was known as a prankster. Upon hearing the news, most of his friends assumed it was a joke. It is thought that the carcass, which weighed about a ton, fell off a conveyor belt hook and landed on him. He was a blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and was also trained as a Thai boxer.

Elite German handball referee twins die in car crash on way to game –Bernd and Reiner Methe got married on the same day, lived in homes just 50 yards away from one another, both once worked for a Mercedes-Benz dealership and in 1987, took up handball refereeing together. By 1993 they were refereeing for the Handball-Bundesliga, the best professional handball league in Germany. Their highest profile match was the 2010 European Men's Handball Championship, in which Croatia played France. On November 11, 2011 they were on their way to a Bundesliga match between HBW Balingen-Weilstetten and SC Magdeburg, when their Mercedez-Benz E Class, a car they had gotten just one day before, collided with a furniture truck, killing them both. Together they had refereed nearly 700 Bundesliga matches. The game they were on their way to was canceled.

Suffocating in a clothes drying rack
- A 38 year-old man from Bradford, England was hanging his clothes out to dry on a plastic clothes drying rack when he tripped over a stool, fell backwards into the rack and suffocated to death. His neck and chest became stuck between the rungs as the rack collapsed under his weight. He struggled to free himself but this further compressed the rack and only made the situation worst. The clothes on the rack were wet, which would have put even more weight on his neck, explained a detective who surveyed the scene. “I have never come across a case like this,” the coroner who handled the incident explained, adding that the chances of such an accident were less than that of being struck by lightning, or a meteorite.

Couple killed by a horny black bear that catapulted through their windshield
- A man from Quebec and a woman from Ontario were killed when a 440 pound black bear smashed through their windshield on a highway in rural Quebec. The bear was struck by a separate car, catapulted into the air, and landed on their windshield, which it crushed. It then swept through the car and exited through the back window, dead from its injuries. A local hunting guide instructed drivers to be careful during mating season. “What happens,” he said, “is these guys are roaming a little bit out of their territory, looking for sows in heat.”

Interesting Cases in Court

It was a case that was hard to believe.
But it was just one of the court cases that had folks talking in 2011.
In April, 37-year-old William Bishop IV of Fremont was arrested after a man told police Bishop had attempted to hire him to kill the husband of Bishop's ex-girlfriend.
Bishop met the man - a professional clown - while driving a truck.
Bishop pleaded guilty in May to attempted conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, a Class III felony.
Dodge County District Court Judge Geoffrey Hall sentenced Bishop in July to 9 to 10 years in prison.
"The facts of this case are almost hard to believe," Hall told Bishop during sentencing. "... You're lucky you didn't choose someone who was serious or we would be looking at a totally different case."
Bishop acknowledged during sentencing that he likely would be headed to prison.
"What I did was probably wrong," he said. "I want to serve my time and get back on with my life."
Another Fremont story that made headlines around the state involved 57-year-old Kathy Madsen, who was arrested in July and accused of concealing her father's death.
Police officers went to the home Madsen shared with her 88-year-old father and found Raymond Madsen's badly decomposed body in a mummified state. Investigators determined Raymond Madsen had been dead for at least four months.
Last week, Kathy Madsen pleaded no contest to concealing the death of another person and theft by deception - Class I misdemeanors - and was sentenced to a year of probation by Dodge County Court Judge Kenneth Vampola.
Madsen also was ordered to pay more than $4,500 in restitution because Social Security deposits were made to her father's bank account after he died.
Another case that has attracted attention from around the state will go to trial early next year.
Hall set a March 13 trial date for 30-year-old Joshua Keadle, who is accused of sexually assaulting a then 15-year-old girl in 2008 at what was known as Midland Lutheran College.
Keadle, a student at Midland at the time, submitted a written waiver of formal arraignment and a written not guilty plea in August. He faces up to 50 years in prison if convicted of first-degree sexual assault of a minor, a Class II felony.
In November, prosecutors in Nemaha County dismissed a rape case against Keadle, although charges could be refiled.
In that case, the woman who accused Keadle of sexually assaulting her in Fremont testified during a motion hearing. She said she was in a dark room when Keadle entered and had sex with her. She testified that she thought she was with another man at the time.
Keadle also is listed as a person of interest in the Dec. 3, 2010, disappearance of Peru State student Tyler "Ty" Thomas.
In January, then Dodge County District Court Judge John Samson sentenced 18-year-old Makayla Thomas of Omaha to 4 to 8 years in prison for attempted first-degree assault, a Class III felony.
Thomas was 17 when she shot at her 27-year-old boyfriend at a Fremont apartment complex.
"It's a very dangerous situation that you created," Samson told Thomas at sentencing. "Not only the intended victim, but some innocent person could have been hurt by the stray bullets."
Three Omaha teens were sentenced earlier this year for their roles in the 2010 beating of a Fremont man in the parking lot at Fremont Middle School.
Hall sentenced 19-year-old Large King Jr. to 30 months to 5 years in prison, 19-year-old Katie Kahnk to 2 to 3 years and 19-year-old Tyler Berry to 18 months to 3 years for attempted first-degree assault, a Class IIIA felony.
Kahnk lured her 21-year-old ex-boyfriend to the parking lot, where he was beaten by King and Berry.
In August, Hall sentenced three Omahans to prison for their roles in the botched robbery of a Fremont coin dealer.
Twenty-nine-year-old Anthony Flud was sentenced to 3 to 5 years in prison and 32-year-old Sandie Zorinsky and 38-year-old Leonard Washington each were sentenced to a year in prison.
The three met a Fremont man at a park claiming they were selling gold coins, which turned out to be chocolate wrapped in foil. When the potential buyer arrived with cash, he was sprayed in the face with mace.
In November, 24-year-old William Hearn was sentenced to 15 to 20 years in prison for possession of a firearm by a felon, a Class ID felony.
Hearn took part in a June home invasion where a baby sitter was held at gunpoint.

Facebook : Can give you more disadvantages

The following are the worst disadvantages of today's famous social networking website - Facebook:

1) Account Intrusion

It is no surprise that Facebook is vulnerable to attacks, and several hackers actively alter people’s profile information, on daily basis. There are hundreds of examples of this. Many Facebook and ex-Facebook users can tell you that they noticed change in their profile information while they were not logged in.
Also, lots of pictures are uploaded on Facebook every day. Yes, Facebook does check every upload for viruses but remember Facebook or any other website can’t check for all kind of viruses, particularly those which are recently released. On opening those virus-attached pics, you create danger to your data and your computer.

2) Scams

Many hackers have similar websites to Facebook. They continuously send emails to people asking to log in to their account to check new photos of
Facebook Scam

their friends, or similar message. When the user opens the website, it looks 100% facebook, then he enters his user id and password, not knowing that his account details is being stolen by a hacker.

3) Waste Of Life!

One of the biggest Facebook disadvantages is that it addictive or can become addictive easily.  Once you get connected with your facebook friends you will realize how frequently you open Facebook and also spend so much time in commenting, viewing other’s pictures, playing games or doing other stuff. Many people know drawbacks of using Facebook but can’t stop using it.
Many people use Facebook day and night without thinking how much time they have wasted on it, and that they could have done more important work during that time

4) Ruining the Professional Life

If you are applying for a new job, you know your chances of getting that job may be so much reduced because of your social networking website profile page? Often employs search for applicants’s social networking website’s profile page to know more about you.  Maybe you have put some humorous pics in your profile or maybe you have entered wrong information (maybe just for fun) in your profile.  Your employer will be shocked to see all that and you will not be given the job offer.

5) Can’t Keep Things Personal

You obviously not want your personal information exposed to every friend of yours. On Facebook your personal life updates come to the notice of all your friends, and so your privacy is compromised.

9 Mysterius Place in The World

1. Mount Roraima Venezuela, Brazil and Guyana
Mount Roraima is a very remarkable. It is a mountain with a unique surface 400 meter high cliffs on all sides. There is only one way 'easy' to get, there is a ladder on the side of the road Venezuela - to ride the other way requires an experienced rock climber. On top of the mountain it rained almost every day, washing away most of the nutrients for plants to grow and creating a unique landscape on the bare sand surface. It also creates some of the highest waterfalls in the world over the sides (Angel Falls in the same table mountain some 130 miles away). Although there are only a few marshes on the mountain where vegetation can grow properly, these contain many species unique to the mountain, including the species of carnivorous pitcher plant.

2. United States Meteor
Meteor Crater is a meteorite crater located approximately 43 miles (69 km) east of Flagstaff, near Winslow in the northern Arizona desert USA. The crater formed about 50,000 years ago during the Pleistocene when the local climate on the Colorado Plateau cold a lot and silencer. At that time, the area was an open grassland dotted with forests inhabited by mammoths, giant ground sloths, and camels. It was probably not inhabited by humans; records confirmed early human settlements in the United States date from long after this impact. The object that excavated the crater was a nickel-iron meteorite about 50 meters (54 feet) across, which impacted ordinary with speed several kilometers per second.

3.The Great Dune Pyla France
Since Europe has no deserts, you'd think the title "Europe's largest sand dune" would go to something that is not impressive. But you will salah.Great Pyla Dune stretched panjangny 3km, 100m wide and 500m high, and for this reason I will probably never understand, seems to have been formed in the forest. The dunes are very steep on the side facing the forest and is famous as the site of paragliding. At the top also gives views of the sea and over the woods (because the mound was much higher than the surrounding trees).

4. Republic of Yemen Socotra
Socotra has been described as one of the most alien-looking on Earth, and it's not hard to see why. It is very secluded with climate, rough dry and as a result a third of its plant-life found nowhere else, including the Dragon's Blood Tree, the famous umbrella-shaped very natural looking tree that produces red sap. There are also a large number of birds, spiders and other animals native island, and coral reefs in the vicinity which also has a large number of endemic (ie only found there) species. Socotra is considered the most biodiversity in the Arabian sea, and is a World Heritage Site.

5. 83-42 Greenland
This is more than a curiosity and not visually impressive, but 83-42 is believed to be a permanent point of land north of the earth. The place is tiny, only 35m by 15m and 4m high, but about 400 miles from the North Pole. This beats the previous record holder, ATOW1996, when it was discovered in 1998, and lichens are found growing on it, suggesting not only one of the temporary gravel bars that are found in the area, which are regularly pushed around by rough seas. The picture above features what is the most northerly point on the ground, one of the temporary gravel bars, photographed in 2007, because I could not find a picture of 83-42 (For some reason, no one felt the need to produce a small stone middle of nowhere, which only five people have ever set foot in).

6. Rotorua New Zealand
Rotorua is a city on the southern bank of the lake of the same name, in the Bay of Many North Island region of New Zealand. The city is known for its geothermal, with a number of geysers, notably Pohutu Geyser at Whakarewarewa, and boiling mud pools (pictured above) which is located in the city. This thermal activity owes itself to the Rotorua caldera located city. Rotorua is also a top adventure destination and the heart of New Zealand's Maori culture.
